Description
Peter Stone “Patrick” chestnut on the Performance Horse mold. Based on a real horse called “The Top of the Class” aka “Patrick” owned by Lindsay Ann Roossien who appears to have signed the belly of the model. Released in 2000. Model #9899.
Model is in good condition overall but does have flaws. Model has ear tip rubs, a rub on the white blaze of his face, some hoof rubs, a small hole at the base of his tail, slight rub on the tip of the tail, a mark on one leg, and this model has a rough texture finish to it. The texture of the finish makes it very easy for lint to stick to the model.
Note that this mold has round circle seams on the inside of his legs which is very common for this mold.
Feel free to ask me to send more photos.
Model measures approximately 6.6” tall to the tips of the ears, 11” long from tip of the nose to the tip of the tail.
I do my best to find and photograph the flaws I find, but can’t guarantee I noticed all of them. I can not define any model as being LSQ or PSQ (Live Show Quality, Photo Show Quality) as everyone’s definition of show quality differs.
I am a model horse collector of over a dozen years and understand the importance and value of these models. They will be packed up carefully to try and ensure they arrive in the condition as they are presented in their listings.
