Shipping Policy
It can take me up to a week to ship. I am not open to shipping outside the U.S. at this time. If there are any delays with getting packages out, the buyer will be notified. I ship USPS so most purchases will come with $100 insurance. More insurance can be purchased on request but may affect the shipping cost. I am not responsible for damages caused by the Shipping company but will work to help with communicating with the postal service.
Refund Policy
For a full refund, the item must be shipped back in the exact condition it arrived in and the same level of packaging it was shipped with. I will only distribute refunds if the item is damaged and the postal service will not distribute the insurance on the item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations must be done within the same day, No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the item is not as described or severely damaged by lack of packaging. I will not accept refunds or exchanges for items not being live show or picture show quality as I do not claim my models to be so. I am always happy to provide more information about the model and provide additional pictures on request.
