Refund Policy
I do not do refunds, sorry for this inconvenience. I am a small business owner, therefore my models are one-time purchases.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I do not do returns, these models take lots of my time to make. I also don't do exchanges for my art. Cancellations are also not accepted since I don't do refunds.
