Shipping Policy
- Shipping time depends on edition type and status, check each ad for details
- Products are shipped always after everything is paid off in full, for both in-full and time payments orders
- Shipping from Poland via Polish Post only, includes tracking
- I do ship internationally
- Shipping is calculated exact to location, to be covered by buyer unless listed otherwise
- Import fees and any other additional receiving costs are to be covered by buyer
- I'm happy to ship to any middle party and/or straight to artist of buyers choice, but only with written agreement that I'm not responsible for problems caused by middle party/artist (like providing me with incorrect address resulting in shipment return) and agreeing to cover any additional costs of return/re-shipment of the products. I am very open to resolving any issues that come, as life happens to everyone, although I have to protect myself in situations where I'm not to blame.
- I'm happy to hold the models for some time after being paid off if needed (for example due to buyer's sudden move). Please message me about it before placing an order
Refund Policy
- No refunds unless product was damaged during shipment
- Refunds are always discussed on case to case basics
- There is 4 days period since package being delivered via tracking (not since opened) for alerting me about any damage or any other factor making buyer unsatisfied. After that time passes, I reserve the right to decline any refund and/or return (although I'm always open to solve things in fair way to both parties)
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- All sales made are final. Unless specified differently or item arrives damaged, all payments are non-refundable.
- I do not accept returns on body/second quality models
- Returns on first quality models are to be discussed on case to case basics, only for valid reasons (no buyers remorse or needing funds back for example)
