Shipping Policy
Shipping is non-negotiable. My flat rates for stablemates are $10 and traditional are $15. Prices varies for Hagen Renakers. Price includes shipping + cost of shipping supplies.
Refund Policy
If a model arrives damaged, please let me know and we can work a refund out.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I do not do refunds due to buyers remorse, so please note that. Will only refund if you can prove an item arrived broken.
