Shipping Policy
Shipping in the US is a flat $12 and I ship via USPS Priority Mail.
International shipping is at cost and I will setup a custom listing for you through Etsy so that VAT is collected correctly.
Refund Policy
USPS insures the packages, so anything damaged or lost in transit is covered under their polices.
Refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs are never refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders can be canceled up until they're in the mail. Everything custom will have final approval photos as part of the process (I also do WIP photos if folks are interested).
There are no returns or exchanges after that.
