Shipping Policy
Shipping is via USPS. Please let me know your location so I can get you a shipping estimate. I am shipping from Michigan, USA. USPS insurance is available.
By purchasing and requesting international shipping you release me from all responsibility once the package has left my hands. I will provide you with shipping and customs information, but I cannot guarantee safe and timely arrival.
I live in the Greater Detroit Area. I can make arrangements to meet in person if you are local.
Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase if the model is unshown and unchanged in any way (including a change in condition, such as being dropped, scratched, etc.). Please note that in order to get a full refund, the customer must (A) pack the item carefully to prevent damage during shipping; (B) pay for return postage; and (C) send tracking information when item is shipped. Refund will be sent in the same manner in which it was received, ie. PayPal or money order. I regret that postage costs, transaction/money order fees, and packaging expenses (cost of new shipping box when one is used) cannot be refunded at this time.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I will hold a model for you until payment arrives. A waiting list will be made when there is more than one party interested in a piece. If I do not hear back from you and/or receive payment, the model may be sold to the next person on the list. I accept PayPal, money orders, and bank/cashiers checks. There will be a delay in shipping for checks while the funds clear.
I have had checks and money orders stolen in the mail and will not be responsible for those that do not reach me. Please wrap them in paper inside the envelope.
Time payments are available through PayPal only—this way we both can view the amounts and dates of payments. I prefer three or fewer payments paid in full in 90 days. If not paid in full in 90 days, the item will no longer be held for you and your money will be returned.
