Shipping Policy
Shipping is exact cost through USPS.
Resins are wrapped securely in a layer of muslin first, then plenty of bubble wrap with peanuts an at least 1 inch or more of space between the walls of the box and model.
International shipping at cost is always welcome!
I can ship to a third party of your choice as well. Please be aware that I am no longer responsible for the continued delivery to you after the model is delivered to your third party.
Refund Policy
No returns or refunds except in the event of the model arriving with damage caused during shipping. In which case a partial refund to cover repair costs will be issued. Please get in contact with me within 3 days of delivery if you have any issues.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
No cancellations or returns. Please review all photos and ad details carefully before purchasing.
** Payment plans/ Time pays: Reminders will be sent out a two days prior to the agreed upon payment date. Failure to make the payment will result in all previous payments forfeited and will not be refunded.
If for any reason a payment needs to be pushed, please let me know in advance. I am happy to flex payment schedules as long as there is clear communication beforehand.
