Shipping Policy
All models will receive the following care.
- Full cleaning, including dusting and a quick wipe with water. If you have any allergies to dogs, horses or cats please note this so I can put in extra time to be sure they're entirely clean.
- Head, legs and tail wrapped in bubble wrap, then an additional piece(s) over the rest of the horse.
- Placed in a careful chosen box to allow enough space for packing without raising your shipping cost.
- Surrounded by foam, air bags, bubble wrap, packing peanuts or whatever else works for the specific situation.
Note: All my packing materials are recycled to save on waste. I carefully go through and make sure everything is good to go before using it to pack. If you have allergies please note this so I can be sure nothing in your box will effect you!
Refund Policy
No refunds for damage in shipping. I am an experienced shipper and know I
pack models very well, I am happy to provide photos of how my models
are packed before shipping them out.
If the horse is not what you expected, you may ship it back for a refund. You will not be refunded your original shipping price, and you will have to pay return shipping. If the model returns to me in worse condition than I shipped it to you in, you may only get a partial refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I do not offer exchanges. All models that are being held for more than 1 week will require a deposit, which will not be refunded if you cancel your order.
